The above package price is for one round of golf. At least one parent or guardian must walk the course and supervise the children during their round, we will not allow children to be unattended on the course. 

​

Children are not permitted to leave the party deck and run around on any of the courses. The only time children are permitted on any of the golf courses is during their round of play.

​

- You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party to set up any decorations, balloons, etc. Check in with a staff member at the window under the birthday child's name.

​

- You are permitted to bring a cake/cupcakes, but please contact us if you would like to bring other outside food or beverages.

​

- Your reservation will begin at the time you booked your party. We will not be able to extend your party time if you or your guests arrive late.​

​

-  To add any additional pizzas for the table, please contact us at least 24 hours before your party. We provide 2 slices of cheese pizza for every kid included in the birthday party (ex. 12 kids = 24 slices).

​

- Pizza is served when all guests arrive, and no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled party start time. Pizza is served before the guests play golf. If you would like to have pizza after you play golf, please let us know at least one day prior. 

*all parties booked for 11:00am will automatically have pizza served after golf

- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to book your party. This deposit will go towards your final bill, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your party.

 

- In the event of inclement weather and we'd have to cancel, this deposit is transferrable to another date that works for both of us. If you can not reschedule, the deposit will be refunded. In any other event that you would need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.

​- If anyone has specific allergies, please notify us before your party begins so we can take extra precautions while serving you.

​

- The party deck can accommodate two parties at one time. Although unlikely, there is a chance you may share the deck space with another party

​

- Any parent or adult may pay al a carte for any golf, ice cream, or refreshments. You may add this to your final party bill, or the individual may pay separately.

- We ask that all party guests remain on the party deck. At no time is any party guest or child allowed on the Par-3 golf course.
